Lately, it seems that my Instagram feed is filled with bright spaces accented by vintage rugs.  When I first started going to Brimfield, I admit, I was a little freaked out at the thought of using a rug that’s been “loved” for decades, but the more I looked at them, the more I realized how much they can bring to a home.  Not only are they functional (hello, softy- my feet) but vintage rugs are typically colored with natural dyes, which means that they are less likely to fade in direct sunlight + get better with age.  Not only that, but they tell a story + bring so much warmth + character to a space.  They also work in almost every room of the house…
